CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY

  1. Students should feel class is like loving family and friends, always showing respect and dignity to each child. The better you know and understand their educational and emotional needs, the better behaved they’ll be and the more they will be wanting to learn. Classroom management is the most vital part for teaching. Students need to know expectations, both behavioral and educational and know they will receive one on one attention and help when needed. They need know they will be always treated with respect by everyone and see fairness in both punitive and reward throughout the class  consistently to everyone. Students need that confidant that this extends beyond just the classroom, and that they have someone who cares and will attempt to always help, Regardless.

Maintaining this respect and support is key to classroom management and if and when student do require to blow off steam, they should know               there is an effective procedure they can follow that will not get them into trouble and will help them throughout the year. Creating a perfect
       climate for learning

   2.  Students should NEVER have to wait to learn. The teacher and assignments should be ready and prepared in advance in a comfortable

atmosphere where students feel they can achieve. Students need to always know their responsibilities, expectations and know their safe. Seating

arrangements should be done to both minimize disruptive behavior, maximize learning and student comfort. Accommodations addressing the

needs of students should always be met to ensure the maximum learning potential possible. Lessons should incorporate a multi-mogul approach

to ensure proper comprehension by all students and students should be capable of assisting each.

   3.  Parents/guardians should know the status of their student, both attendance, behavior, and performance. Parents and office personnel should be a

last resource for disciplinary actions and should comply to school policy. Advice from counselors, other teachers and parents should always be

considered if students have management or other concerns effect learning.

“4”. ALL OF THE ABOVE PHILOSOPHY MUST COMPLY TO BOTH SCHOOL, DISTRICT, STATE AND FEDERAL GUIDELINES AND POLICIES! And be

to the best interest towards the child’s education. Excellence and Mastery is not just a goal for our students, BUT POLICY! And we cannot ever

achieve this if classroom management cannot be achieved.
